From Monday, March 4th, the board game evenings will take place in a new venue. We have moved with Studiefrämjandet to Skådebanan’s premises in Trädgårdsföreningen, which has Drottninggatan 40 as its address. Time and day are unchanged, so Mondays at 18:00 still apply.
Today, after months of hush hush, we can finally present the new logo for LinCon!
The change of logo takes place as part of the work to create a uniform profile for the entire association (instead of us having several different logos with different fonts from several different decades). The old LinCon logo was launched 25 years ago and has served well over those years.
The new logo still depicts a unicorn, but the style is now consistent with the association’s other logos. This means that the chess piece foot has been replaced by a die, which better represents our activities and the content of the convention. LinCon’s color will be blue, just like before.
With this, the family of logos is now complete (for the time being). Below you can see all the logos together, including the logo for our tabletop wargaming convention DefCon (which previously had no logo).

On Thursday, October 26, Dragon’s Den has its annual meeting. This is the best opportunity for all members to influence the association’s activities during the coming year. Remember that the annual meeting is the association’s highest decision-making body, so do not miss your chance to participate and decide.
This year the association will provide food at the meeting for attending members (from a nearby pizzeria).

Dungeons & Dragons is part of the Dragons Den and LinCon gaming association’s DNA, and the association is now celebrating this heritage with an exclusive screening of the film Dungeons and Dragons: Honor Among Thieves.

We have rented an entire salon only for the association’s members and we offer the ticket, popcorn and soft drinks for free.
