About Dragon’s den

The Dragon’s Den gaming association was founded in 1983 by students at the University of Linköping. We are still active as a student association .

Our activities are aimed at young people and adults (mainly with links to Linköping University, but everyone is welcome) who like to play games.

We arrange board game evenings at Game Link every Monday
and Thursday. We also have a tabletop wargaming venue
downtown that you get access to if you pay a fee of SEK 250 / semester (to cover the rent and care of the venue).

One of the association’s biggest yearly projects is that we organize the LinCon gaming convention every Christ’s Ascension weekend, which is one of the country’s largest gaming conventions, as well as the tabletop wargaming convention DefCon during the Twelfth Night weekend and the board game convention SälCon (highly irregular).

Dragon’s Den is a democratic, non-profit association affiliated with Sverok.

As a member of the association, you naturally have the right to vote at the association’s annual meeting, which is the association’s highest decision-making body. More information can be found in our statutes.
